The State of California, Department of General Services Procurement Division (DGS-PD) established a non-mandatory Technology, Digital and Data Consulting (TDDC) Master Service Agreement (MSA) with Effectual Public Sector Inc. for use by California State Agencies and local governmental agencies. The Scope includes forty-two (42) TDDC Classifications for IT Professional Services among four (4) Tiers of contractors. Effectual is a Tier 3 contractor and eligible to compete and receive awards up to $5,000,000.00 in all forty-two (42) TDDC Classifications. The term of the MSA is three (3) years, with two (2) optional two (2) year extensions (upon mutual agreement of contractor and State) for a possible total of seven (7) years.

Effectual Public Sector Inc. makes available the full suite of FedRAMP High and Moderate AWS services in a fully scalable fashion, enabling rapid AWS cloud adoption to meet the State’s focus on innovation.

The State of Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology (OIT) selected Effectual Public Sector Inc. as a contract holder for its Professional Services (Security, Cloud Connectivity, and Infrastructure Support) contract. OIT is statutorily responsible for providing all IT resources to the Colorado Executive branch and other parts of State government, including systems, personnel, software, hardware, storage, telecommunication, public safety radio, cyber security, and disaster recovery. Effectual is focused on assisting OIT in its cloud modernization efforts and works with other selected professional services consulting vendors to provide flexibility to support OIT’s cloud journey.
