This is when our team outlines all business requirements, examines existing applications and infrastructure, and begins to imagine the desired future-state of the project. We dig deep into the problem, get to know our customers closely, and together, define the ultimate outcome.

Once we know what is at stake, we begin to brainstorm and plan for success.
Having assessed our customer's existing infrastructure and understood their business goals, we produce future-state architecture diagrams, evaluate, and select technologies and vendors, and outline a transition methodology. We collaborate with our customers to create a project plan, making sure that all stakeholders are aligned on timeline, milestones, and the rest of our proposed process.

When the time comes to execute, we never fall short. Our experienced and involved team delivers the plans developed during the Architect phase. Chief Executive Officer
Robb is a pioneer in cloud and managed services. He founded Datapipe in 2000. From its humble beginnings in a two-room office in Hoboken, New Jersey, Datapipe evolved into a leading global provider of solutions for managing and securing mission-critical IT services, including cloud computing, infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, colocation, and data centers.
In 2010, Datapipe disrupted the managed service provider (MSP) space, becoming the first MSP to recognize AWS’s future impact in the marketplace and embracing AWS as a partner. In 2013 Datapipe became Azure’s first MSP and in 2016 Datapipe was recognized as Alibaba’s first global MSP partner. In 2011, Datapipe became the first MSP to power its data centers with 100% renewable energy, earning it membership in the EPA’s Green Power Leadership Club.
During Robb’s tenure as CEO, Datapipe was recognized in 13 Gartner Magic Quadrants, including four times as a leader and three times as a visionary. Datapipe also won 21 Stevie Awards and was named to the NJBIZ 50 Fastest Growing Companies in NJ 10 straight years.
Michael J. Parks
Chief Technology Officer
A technology visionary in network and infrastructure design, Michael co-founded Datapipe in 2000. As the lead technology expert, he was instrumental in closing complex, customized multimillion-dollar managed services agreements serving Fortune 100 companies across multiple industry sectors. His strategic technology vision was instrumental in growing the company to a 10-figure valuation.
He created an agile, responsive network that continually and automatically adjusted traffic routes based on demand, providing industry-leading uptime for Datapipe clients. Under his direction Datapipe achieved a 100% success rate in moving highly complex solutions between geo-diverse locations, mitigating outages for global systems that supported billions of dollars in revenue for publicly traded multinational clients.
Expanding Datapipe’s global data center footprint, Mike led the build out of data centers in the US, retrofitted data centers in Europe, and connected multiple data centers throughout Hong Kong, Singapore, and mainland China.
Mike began his career in the United States Coast Guard, and later the Drug Enforcement Agency, where he was recognized with the Air Medal for Search and Rescue, Helicopter Rescue of the Year 1985, and a Presidential Citation.
Ryan W. Pardue
Chief Enterprise Architect
Ryan is a career software engineer who develops highly scalable and adaptable billing platforms built on Microsoft technologies. He is also a data migration specialist with an emphasis on financial systems integration and consolidation. As a lifelong technologist, he takes a personable approach to identifying the needs of the business and its employees, drawing satisfaction in solving for those needs through software.
As the son of an accountant and grandson of an architect, Ryan developed an appreciation for design, structure, and data, helping establish core professional values that put the customer experience first. Working as a support technician for e-commerce software in the late 90’s, he quickly gained the trust of his customers, taught himself how to code, and proved to be a valuable asset to teams large and small, ultimately developing a billing platform that served a global organization with $350 million in revenue. While he may not spend as much time writing code as he once did, he feels that his self-taught programming background has offered him a greater understanding of the role enterprise architecture plays in the success of an organization.
Ryan is an innovator, developer, data junkie, and home automation enthusiast, and his love of technology touches all aspects of his life.
Chief Marketing Officer
Rich is an established marketing veteran with over 20 years experience in IT. Working in the technology industry and witnessing its rapid change and evolution through acquisitions and changing market conditions, he developed a proactive approach to understanding and marketing the unique values of service offerings.
Working alongside executive leadership, Rich led the Datapipe marketing team for 17 years, presiding over messaging, press, and analyst engagements. He played a key role in growing the company and its reputation, leading to their recognition as a global pioneer and industry leading managed service provider by Gartner and Forrester Research. Under his purview, Datapipe was named in 13 Gartner Magic Quadrants across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Driven by his fascination with the intersection of art and technology, he studied engineering and 3D animation, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the New York Institute of Technology with a BA in Computer Graphics. Thanks to his grandfather, he developed an early appreciation for vocabulary and crosswords, and he still completes one nearly every day. Rich currently lives in New York with his wife and daughter.
Director of Professional Services
A veteran IT and Professional Services entrepreneur, Andrew has founded multiple IT consultancies and worked for some of the biggest players in the IT space. His experience enables him to quickly identify enterprise infrastructure challenges and advise on solutions aligned to the needs of the business and its operating culture.
From building global enterprise consulting and migration practices, to building out data centers for AWS, Andrew understands multiple facets of IT and draws on this knowledge to provide vision, architecture, and execution management. As a peer at the CxO level, he has engaged at the strategic and tactical levels supporting Fortune 100, 500, and 1,000clients in their multi-cloud migration and DevOps transformation efforts.
An effectual founder, Andrew has created a professional services methodology specifically designed to deliver a positive outcome for IT transformation projects.
Director of Solution Architecture
Ovi has broad technical expertise and a strong background in transforming and improving mission-critical systems and processes. His enthusiasm for engineering, dedication to efficiency, and creative style allow him to develop effective solutions to overcome technical obstacles while addressing business requirements. He ensures that proposed business and technology strategies are properly aligned and operate harmoniously together.
With nearly a decade of experience supporting customers on their journeys to the cloud. Having closed multi-million-dollar deals, he has a proven grasp on what it takes to execute automated deployments and successful migrations. He believes solutions to complex challenges don’t only boil down to technology selection, but the human element as well. Ovi has presented at Amazon’s prestigious AWS re:Invent conference and has openly shared his expertise with the technology community on several panels. He also holds best-in-class professional certifications and continues to deepen his technical knowledge on a daily basis.
Ovi began his career in the United States Army as an Information Systems Analyst where he earned multiple unit citations including an Army Achievement Medal for outstanding performance. In addition, he attended Airborne School, one of the Army’s Specialized Schools, where he earned the coveted “Silver Wings.”
Director of Network Engineering
Ryan has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology, and a diverse background in complex networking design and service management solutions. He also has extensive experience with enterprise-level cloud environments, witnessing first-hand the true value and benefits of shifting to a cloud-first approach.
Prior to his current role, Ryan was part of the network architecture team for Datapipe, where he helped deploy new data centers, provided client escalation resolution, and worked with the sales team in securing new clients. He has also served as a senior member of the network architecture groups at Tiffany & Co. as well as Vonage.
Ryan is passionate about developing positive client relationships and delivering custom solutions to effectively address complex business requirements.
An experienced enterprise consultant with a strong background in AWS, DevOps, and technical project management, David is passionate about the convergence of technology, people, and business. He has helped to develop and grow multiple businesses through to successful acquisitions.
Keeping pace with the rapid evolution of IT, he is constantly learning and looking for innovative ways to solve complex infrastructure challenges. With a focus on customer success, David has an acute ability to understand business culture and develop solutions aligned to shifting technology needs.
David currently lives in San Diego.
Strategic Account Manager
Tom comes from a background of Enterprise sales within the cloud technology sector. Over his career he’s worked in Sydney, Amsterdam, London, and New York. He has consulted with multi-national corporations on IT projects spanning full-stack development, core IT systems, and infrastructure.
Combining his commercial and business experience with a deep understanding of cloud and infrastructure technologies, Tom ensures engagements are approached holistically from the very first conversation.
Senior Technical Writer
Alex is a content expert who understands the value of clear, concise, and accurate communication. He has an incomparable thirst for knowledge and has continually expanded his skill set throughout his 10+ years as a Technical Writer, Copywriter, and Editor.
He has a strong analytical writing foundation developed through years of drafting policies and documenting controlled procedures for quality management, security, and compliance efforts. This background enables Alex to provide guidance in the creation of key processes and procedures to improve business communications and functions.
With an innate ability to convey complex ideas to various audiences, he naturally ventured into copywriting. Working alongside marketing and sales teams, Alex has created client-facing content, including service descriptions and sales proposals, as well as sales enablement materials.
Alex is a native New Yorker who was born and raised in Harlem, but he’s a country mouse at heart. A word nerd and an avid crocheter, he currently lives in northern Manhattan.
An experienced senior engineer, Carlos works alongside IT leaders to provide the best IT solutions to meet their needs. He previously held the role of Director of Business Operations at Datapipe, where he built, developed, and oversaw the day-to-day management of internal IT systems from networking, telephony, and workstations, including traditional and virtual desktop environments.
Carlos understands the difficulties of scaling a business and seeks to implement consistent practices and minimize disruptions. He anticipates challenges and thinks through potential problems before they arise.
Carlos is a dedicated technologist and tinkerer who enjoys 3D printing, drones, and Iron Maiden.
